Eating fresh vegetables and fruits will give you more health. Like vegetables from the farm that are freshly picked, like for example spinach ,that is rich in vitamin A, and all the green leafy vegetables. Those are great source of vitamins that gives your life more healthy. I know this because, i myself, was born in a village wherein theres a lot of farm planted with so much fresh vegetables and fruits. You just go in the farm and there you could picked whatever kind of veggies that you want. Theres no artificial additives or somewhat any kind of dangerous fertilizers thats in there, its all pure natural stuff to make it grow. If you want to pick some fresh fruits also there's these all kind of summer fruits like watermelon,apple,mango,oranges,and a lot more. These kind of fruits will enhance your body strength and will boast your stamina day by day. Eating healthy foods everyday will make your life more longer.....
